Jim Stewart is the Founder and CEO of Stewart Properties, Inc. Over the past 27 years, he has owned and developed all types of commercial real estate, including office, industrial, retail and multi-family. The firm owns and operates apartment communities in the Midwest, and a retail shopping center in St. Louis, MO.

He is a founding shareholder of Enterprise Financial Service Corporation, a publicly traded holding company that owns banks in Missouri, Kansas, and Arizona.

Stewart was also appointed by the Governor of Missouri to serve as the Vice Chairman of the state Economic Development Board, charged with the awarding of tax credits to businesses and projects throughout the state. He also serves on the Advisory Board of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Stewart Properties, Inc., through its affiliated company Joseph Asset Management, employs 30 people over two states.
